I find the ambiguities in defining/diagnosing cluttering make it very hard for students who are trying to learn how to assess a dysfluent client. What has worked best is actually hearing examples...often that's led to an 'ah-ha' moment. In the past, it's been difficult to get good audio/visual samples...I'm happy to see that more and more are becoming available, and I'm sure this conference will help. Thank you.
