Dear all, PWC deserve a definition we do agree on in the world. The LCD by St. Louis is a good definition to describe the basic sympoms of cluttering. The Spectrum definition by Ward gives us the oppurtunity to think of other accompanying symptoms. The desciptive definition by van Zaalen gives a good explanation of the underlying processes and differences in severity. One definition is not ruling out the other one, on the conrtary they are contributive to each other. So, I would suggest to work with these definitions from now on and use them all together. Working from these definitions throughout the world gives a much better understanding of cluttering especially when everyone diagnose participants in the same way. Gr. Yvonne
