Dear Ellen, Thank you for describing the basic principles of cluttering therapy. I enjoyed reading it. In Holland we use the term SMART-goals: Specific, Measurable; Acceptable or Attractive; Realistic and Time limited. Describing working goals as SMART goals works very good for me especially in cluttering therapy. Warm greetings from Holland. Yvonne
