Dear Margaret, Thank you for your contribution by adding the DIVA model to the discussion about cluttering. Clinical evidence with children and adults with cluttering gives me the impression that heightening the auditory feedback (so not altered or delayed) has a temporarily very positive effect on PWC: less disfluencies and better intelligibility. When recorded and listened to people can get used to their new speech and get used to it. Can you comment on this? Greetz Yvonne
