I love this analogy and I think it's a great way to present the topic in a way that is easily understood! I think we all go 80 mph in our speech sometimes and need to remember to slow down whether we are people who clutter or not. I am just curious - what props do you use when utilizing this therapy analogy? More specifically, how do you correspond the speeds to a certain speed? Is 65 mph a certain words per minute or something like that? Or do you keep it more abstract, so 65 mph would be very fast and 10 mph would be very slow? Thank you!
