This article was extremely helpful in understanding how to effectively approach cluttering in therapy. I found it interesting that in order to promote "clear speech" the client was encouraged and provided with positive feedback. My question is, were only instances of "clear speech" reinforced or was negative reinforcement used at times throughout therapy sessions as well? Also, I was wondering if you might share what you felt was the most important thing to address first in therapy as far as social impact goes. For example, was it more effective to start with eye contact first and build confidence or take another approach? Thank you for your insight and time.
