Thanks for your kind words--I'm glad you found the article useful. Regarding other co-existing disorders, it is important during assessment to look for disorders such as: stuttering, articulation and/or language disorders, ADHD, autism (as with our child), learning disabilities, and others. In other words, one really needs a thorough case history to look for evidence that there are any other issues co-occurring with the cluttering. Often, it is the case that the other disorders have been identified, and the cluttering overlooked. Regards, Lynne
