If “Turtle Speech” produced little benefit, presumably due to the diagnosis of Autism, does the “clear speech” method have a greater benefit mainly for children with autism? It seems that “turtle speech” and “clear speech” both focus on a slow rate of speech. Is the difference between the two that “clear speech” is object oriented and has a focus on the social interaction rather then the speech itself?
