Thank you for your article about cluttering. I had similar thoughts about cluttering when I first started studying it, and I appreciate reading about your thought process and experiences. When you work with a person who clutters who also has a concomitant speech/language disorder, what are some deciding factors you use in order to decide what to work on in therapy first?
