This is the fascination of the Outreach work, which has brought Africa closer to the the international stuttering community. It is not only the we can help those places to develop services for stutterers, but we can also learn a great deal from their methods, convictions and dedication to find alternative ways to treat stuttering. Not everything is maybe promising or scientific or even recommendable, but adds to the important fact of "what helps is allowed".
