Hi Glo, It's great to hear from you! Like you, I only wish that someone had told me that it was OK to stutter. I've only really come to understand the immense implications of word substitution during recent years. Four years ago, I promised myself that I would never again avoid, or change, any letter or sound. It was a challenge at first but it really has paid dividends. It's such a wonderful feeling to say what I really mean and not have to satisfy myself with my second/third/fourth or even fifth choice of words. Didn't Chris do a superb job with the illustrations? Hope to see you again in the not too distant future. Maybe the next NSA Conference? Who knows? Take care Alan
