Hi Claire, Thanks so much for your kind words :). Your comment "I think (the cartoon) will catch the kids' eyes and make them feel more comfortable with their stutter" encapsulates both Alan's and my hopes for this work-that by reading Alan's poem, and looking at the pictures, children might not feel quite so alone with their stuttering,and may realise it's o.k. to stutter (and that a person can still communicate effectively while stuttering).
