Joseph, congratulations on a job well done. I have had many children I see talk to their class and all have had the same experience as you. The first person who stuttered I ever worked with while I was a student was in the ninth grade. He stuttered severely. He made a presentation to his class and like your class, they were very interested and asked lots of questions. He told me later that after that presentation he lost much of his fear about speaking to groups. I received a call from him not long ago. He is a lawyer in San Francisco now. So, Joseph, as you experienced, stuttering can be a big help to you if you learn to handle it correctly. You seem to be doing that nicely. I admire your attitude. Keep it up. I also want to comment on your Power Point skills. Your presentation is well designed. What is your email address in case I need some pointers! Thanks again. I enjoyed your article. Dick Mallard
