Hi, Mike. I agree 100% that a major key to getting stuttering under control is to rob it of its power to shame us. To take it down, not just a peg or two, but a few hundred pegs. To fuhgeddaboutit. The problem is, once the fear and anxiety have become established - it can be very hard to shift 'em. (John)
