Retz, Each person is in control of his life. If they wish to participate in "major therapy," they have an obligation to themselves not to 'swollow it whole,' but to examine the options and select those that are appropriate to the individual. There is absolutely NO therapist or program that is a cure. The individual has to chart his own path in life, including how much "advice" to follow. Those who turn to so-called "experts" and depend upon them to change their lives are living in a dream world. We must take control of our own lives. No "cure" can relieve us of that responsibility.
