First, nothing works on all stutterers. Second, I was a severe stutterer. If it worked on me to make me a moderate to mild stutterer, it should help many people. Accepting the positive and rejecting the negative is not a stuttering "therapy" technique; it is a lifestyle choice. You can not be positive about your stuttering if you are negative about everything else. Being positive may or may not help your fluency, but it certainly will mean that your stuttering disturbs you less - which, of course, lessens the stuttering. I can't see it as anything other than a win/win choice.
