Yes, it is wonderful. Unfortunately, insight is not enough. It takes some real work to change the way you feel and think and talk. Such as doing REBT homework on the Albert Ellis Institute homework sheets. Seeing an REBT therapist and working to uncover your specific self-sabotaging self-talk and disputing the irrational aspect of such talk. Furthermore, it is also necessary to ACT against your self-sabotaging beliefs, so that your Central Nervous System is rewired to become your "New YOU". For example, after do-doing hundreds of voluntary pseudo stuttering re-repetitions or eeeeeeeelongations (while observing nothing bad happens to you), you are no longer is anxious about whether you stutter or not and you become practically fluent.
