To start, this article is incredibly informative and breaks down, not only facts, but your own experiences; it's a wonderful way for others to really understand the pursuit of a job from a PWS's perspective. I believe your statement "Don't Limit Yourself" is key--first and foremost. It's important for others to realize that they should not limit or narrow their focus for a job. Go after what YOU want to do, what you think you're good at, and what you see yourself doing in the future. That's the first step; if any individual minimizes their career options, then that's limiting numerous opportunities. Additionally, thanks for clearing up ADA and the applicant's rights. It's interesting to know that there's some questions that a possible employer may not ask. Absolutely--it's about the applicant's ability to perform a job, the skills he/she may have, experience, knowledge and so forth and NOT about the disability, its severity, or the underlying condition. What an informative article; thanks again.
