Hi Elizabeth, thanks for your question! Children on the Blog have to enter the Blog while with an adult. We won't give children the passwords--we only give them to the parents or SLP. So, the child should ALWAYS be monitored while in the Blog. In terms of denial and acceptance, it's important to remember that those in denial would probably want to avoid talking on the phone (not spend all their time doing it) and not talking about stuttering at all, because that would mean admitting that they stutter, which would be a huge step in acceptance.
