Thanks Russ. Glad you liked the paper. I liked yours too. As for Wade's finals series, there's no better example of a player telling his teammates, "All right guys, get on my back. I'll take you where we need to go." RE the book, I'd be interested to hear what you think, given that we share a similar sense of humor. Dale
