First of all I think it is great that you use what they are interested in, and in this case sports, to get them to talk. But I have a question, what if using the phone is something that they are very scared to do. Do you do something beforehand to build up to it, kind of like using a hierarchy of sorts, or do you make them jump right in to using the phone?
