When I was reading you article I was thinking off all the diferent people you could try to get your cliects to call. I was wondering if most people you contacted were willing to help? Also, I really liked how to talked about taking steps (in the It Takes a Village comment and question) to getting your clients to be open and able to be more fluent. What are some of the steps you take to help your clients? I was curious because when I finish my masters I thought it would be good to find different approaches and the steps I might want to try in therapy. Thanks for you time!
