Hi Dale, Thank you for sharing your interesting experiences. A few years ago, I used to spend several hours each day calling toll free telephone numbers that I had selected from Yelllow Pages. I would call a variety of companies (such as mobility vehicle suppliers, wedding photography companies; bottled water providers etc) and create fictitious enquiries. In addition to practising my speech and techniques, I was doing it at their expense ;-) It was good to make your acquaintance in Long Beach this summer. Kindest regards Alan
