I really like your ideas on journal writing in therapy. I'm excited because I feel that with a few adaptations this could be used with almost any client (children, teenagers, and adults). I'm wondering if journals have ever been used in group therapy. It would provide the group members various encounters that they could discuss and analyze. Perhaps they could discuss the various emotions involved and think of things that might possibly have changed the outcome. It seems it would give members a way to open up to each other and share their experiences. Has this been done before? If it has, do you know if it was done successfully? Thanks for your time. Angela
