Dear Maryilyn:

I am working in the school and read your article "Helping Children Deal with Teasing and Bullying." I felt it had alot of helpful techniques to use while trying to assist children with the understanding of teasing vs. bullying and how to handle various situations where bullying is involved. I also felt that it would be a wonderful resource to refer back to when ideas are needed. I just have a few questions...

1) I realize that your Intervetion Model is set up for elementary children, but exactly what age range would you use this program?

2) If a school district is interested in purchasing this program, where would a person look to order it, and what is the cost?

3) You mentioned a few parent involvement techniques that are included in the program. How would you handle situations when the parent refuses to follow through with the at home excersises or the problem solving activities given to them?

I look forward to your response.
