This intervention model that you discussed in your paper is just what children who are being teased or bullied need to empower themselves. I strongly believe that bullies do what they do because the do not understand the other person's disorder. And if the stutter could educate his/her classmates about stuttering they would be less likely to attack the student verbally and physically. You mentioned that this intervention model has been successful, but I was hoping to hear some actually instances where this has worked. Can you recall any times that you wouldn't mind sharing?
