I’ve spent the past 30+ years in leadership roles in (large, mid size, small,) both for-profit and non-profit organizations, with a primary focus on technology utilization for revenue/profit growth while developing and implementing a process I developed in 1992 called Re-versity. It was a unifying approach to accelerate innovation leading to productivity breakthroughs. At a high level, Re-versity blended the principles of cultural diversity and process management within a framework of continuous learning. This was instrumental to my success in leadership roles for 25 years.
