The Information & Technology Service Desk provides support via walk-in, telephone, e-mail, the RightNow Incident Management system as well as remote assistance. The Service Desk services administrative, academic and student computer questions.

Campus Password Change

Change your password(s) and settings for campus email, file sharing, and other campus services. Go to mnsu.edu/its/userid

IT Services will never send you an e-mail message requesting your username or password for any reason. If you receive a message requesting your personal information, please forward it to spam@mnsu.edu and delete it. Do not respond to any request with your username, password, or other personal information.

Tracking Your Help Request

When you call the IT Service Desk, they will ask for your MSU Tech ID so they can track the incident and respond to you using your campus contact information. To check on issues previously submitted to the Service Desk or to submit a new ticket, please use the Self-Service Service Desk System.
