Technology Repair

End-Point Computing MNSU - Standard available

This service covers the hardware repair of the majority of technology purchased on this campus through the Campus Computer Store. This includes both warranty and non-warranty hardware repairs.

Service Categories
  • Hardware Non-Warranty

    Hardware repairs are available for Apple, Microsoft and Dell devices without warranty coverage or other repair services not covered under the warranty. Following a hardware diagnostic, possible problems are identified and a cost estimate for repairs is provided to the customer. This service requires a $50 diagnostic fee which can be applied to the cost of the repair service. In cases where a problem cannot be identified no diagnostic fee will be charged.

  • Hardware Warranty

    We provide hardware repair for Apple, Microsoft and Dell devices. Repairs are performed through our certified repair center.

  • Printer Repair

    Printer repairs are available for HP LaserJet printers only. There will be a $50 diagnostic fee in order for us to determine the problem and provide a customer estimate. This fee will be charged for both warranty and non- warranty printer work. If the estimate is acceptable the diagnostic fee will be applied to the overall cost of the repair. Payment is due upon completion.

Services Included
If a device is under warranty, repairs will be completed free of charge. There will be charges for data back up services.

If a repair is not covered under warranty there will be a $50 diagnostic fee in order for us to determine the problem and provide a customer estimate. If the estimate is acceptable the diagnostic fee will be applied to the overall cost of the repair. Payment is due upon completion.

Diagnostic estimates are typically completed within 2 days. Completion time of repair will vary based on availability and delivery time for required parts. Typical response is 5 business days.
Optional Services
The delivery of the parameters for this service are determined by customer's needs. Typical response time is two business days or less for diagnostics or estimation of costs for service work.
