MANKATO AREA LIFELONG LEARNERS PRESENT

ON THE ROAD AGAIN

Tuesday, September 18, 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. — Special Event: Tour of New SPAM Museum

Location:  Downtown Austin, MN

Here is the schedule:
Leave Mankato at 9 a.m.
     Tour the Spam Museum from 10:30 to noon
     Dine at The Old Mill from noon to 1:30
     Tour the Austin Art Works Center from 1:30 to about 3:00
     Return home with spam and art?

The word is you can buy a case of 36 different kinds of spam made to meet
the taste and culture of the 36 different countries they export to for $ 33.00
– sounds fun!

 

There is no member limit for this tour. Please register by sending your $5
check labeled SPAM TOUR to the office by Friday, September 7.

We will car pool again. Please let us know if you can be one of the drivers
or if you need to ride by emailing or calling the office.

Note: Tickets are limited to current members only; guests are NOT eligible. Lifelong Learners members purchasing tickets at this special price must sit in the designated reserved section.

After speaking in recent weeks at Foreign Policy conferences in Europe

 

Tom spoke in Mankato the last three years on Foreign Policy and Future Worldwide Developments.

 

His 2018 address will focus on the U.S. Election and its effect on U.S. Foreign Policy.
