20th Annual Quality Recognition & Awards Banquet


Many individuals were awarded for their services to quality in the Mankato area on the evening of October 15, 2009.
Two individuals were awarded plaques for their leadership and service.
  • Leadership Award: Jerry Johnson, Past MACQ President
  • Service Award: David Cowan, MACQ Historian
Three individuals were awarded "Above and Beyond" crystal awards for their dedication to going above and beyond with their skills in the community.
  • Chris Thomas, Perkins Resturants, Inc.
  • Tiffany Bengston, Mankato YWCA
  • Amy Linde, Greater Mankato Growth, Inc.
Three corporations were awarded for their dedication to quality their business provides for the community.
  • Coughlan Companies, Inc.
  • Minnesota Elevator, Inc.
  • South Central College Center for Business and Industry
One organization was awarded a Quality Certificate for their dedication to quality.
  • MICO, Inc.
Additionally, there were individuals who spoke about bringing quality to services they have experienced.

  • Katie Boone, Greater Mankato Area United Way
  • Bryan Stempka, Greater Mankato Growth, Inc.
