Applications are easily completed forms where customers can identify the person(s) to be honored and highlight one or more examples of quality service efforts. The Corporate Quality Award is given to Mankato and surrounding area organization which can demonstrate their efforts to continuously improve product and service quality in their private firm, public institution, or governmental agency.
