"Above and Beyond " award certificates are issued periodically to individuals, programs, departments, companies, and organizations that actively promote quality and can highlight one or more examples of such efforts.

Customers, chief executive officers, employees, and department heads are all encouraged to submit applications. Requests are reviewed by MACQ's Board, and when approved, special certificates are issued to both the employee (or group) and the worker's organization. Winners also receive public recognition at MACQ's Annual Awards Banquet held each October.
