"On a cold Sunday afternoon the driver's side widow of my vehicle disappeared into the belly of the door. This was not a good thing and it being December 30th and a Sunday afternoon, my vehicle, which is parked on the street each night, looked forward to a cold overnight. At the crack of dawn on Monday December 31st I called Clements and asked for help. Body Shop Manager Tom Thompson said "no problem" and asked that I drop the car off ASAP. Happy to hear that I zoomed in, took a breakfast break at Perkins, and when I came back the electronic window was operating perfectly. Just in time as I had a zillion errands to run that day. "Hats Off" to Tom and his workers for quickly taking care of me and getting my car back on the road. The bill was almost too small to pay but they wouldn't give me the keys until I took care of it - truely a small price to pay for fixing that driver's side window on such short notice."
