Minnesota State University, Mankato dietetics professor David Bissonnette will discuss "Purchasing Synthetic Foods -- Consumers Have Gone Crazy," on Tuesday, March 19 from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. in the Centennial Student Union, Room 201.
Bissonnette will speak about the dangers of synthetic foods in a consumer crazed market. His specialty area is food service administration and sports nutrition.
