Highland Summer Theatre Runs Through July 20
Four productions featured in 47th annual season.

The Minnesota State University, Mankato Department of Theatre & Dance is showcasing its 47th annual Highland Summer Theatre season with four shows that began in May and run through July 20.
A farcical take on Alfred Hitchcock’s movie, “The 39 Steps,” opened the season, and “Monty Python’s Spamalot” wraps it up in late July. In between are the Rodgers and Hammerstein musical review, “A Grand Night for Singing,” and Neil Simon’s “I Ought to Be In Pictures.”

“The 39 Steps,” sponsored by the General Mills Gift Matching Program, opened the season and ran May 28-June 1 in the Andreas Theatre.
Performances of “A Grand Night for Singing” opened June 12 and run through the15th in the Ted Paul Theatre.
“I Ought to Be In Pictures” will be presented at 7:30 p.m. June 25-29 in the Andreas Theatre, sponsored by the Minnesota State Mankato TRIO Programs.
“Spamalot,” sponsored by Eide Bailly, the Orthopaedic & Fracture Clinic and Farrish Johnson Law Office, will be presented at 7:30 p.m. July 11-13 & 17-20, also in the Ted Paul Theatre.
