MavMAIL Service Outage This Morning
System problems locked everyone out of email Monday, but password issues could keep you out
MavMAIL was unavailable early this morning until 10:15-10:30am for most people. This problem has been resolved and I apologize for this outage.
Some faculty, staff and students are experiencing problems logging into the network, computers, printers and other resources as of midnight. This is likely caused by an expired campus password. If you are aware of someone that’s having problems, you can help by directing them to www.mnsu.edu/password to reset their password, or stop by/call the ITS Help Desk at 507-389-6654 for help.
