Minnesota State University, Mankato presented 1,562 degrees during summer/fall commencement exercises Saturday, Dec. 10, in Taylor Center on the Minnesota State Mankato campus.

Graduate-level degrees included one doctor of education degree, 81 master of arts degrees, six master of arts in teaching degrees, nine master of fine arts degrees, 17 master of business administration degrees, 13 master of public administration degrees, eight master of science in nursing degrees, 145 master of science degrees, 27 master of social work degrees and 37 specialist degrees.

Awarded at the undergraduate level were 93 bachelor of arts degrees, 27 bachelor of fine arts degrees, 1,027 bachelor of science degrees, one bachelor of science in civil engineering degree, two bachelor of science in electrical engineering degrees, 12 bachelor of science in engineering degrees, 28 bachelor of science in social work degrees, two bachelor of athletic training degrees and 26 associate of arts degrees.

Minnesota State Mankato, a comprehensive university with 15,649 students, is part of the Minnesota State Colleges & Universities system, which comprises 32 state institutions.

Note: The number of graduates does not equal number of degrees because some students earn more than one degree.
