Feb. 12: Study Abroad Fair

Student event set for Centennial Student Union.

Mankato, Minn. – Minnesota State University, Mankato will host a Study Abroad Fair on Tuesday, Feb. 12 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Mav Ave in the Centennial Student Union.

The Study Abroad Fair will be coordinated by the International Programs Office, and representatives from select study abroad organizations and a number of Minnesota State Mankato colleges and departments will be present to showcase their international program options and talk with students who are interested in studying abroad.

The fair will highlight a wide variety of international education opportunities that span the globe, including short-term (winter/spring break), summer, semester and full academic year study programs, as well as internship and volunteer opportunities.

According to Minnesota State Mankato Education Abroad Advisor Mandy Prorok, the Study Abroad Fair is the best chance this semester for students to meet and converse with a large number of knowledgeable study abroad professionals, as well as current Minnesota State Mankato students who have previously embarked upon their own study abroad journeys.
