Oct. 2: ISRS Next Generation Listening Session

Greetings Minnesota State University, Mankato,

You are invited to attend a formal listening session on Friday, Oct. 2 in Preska Residence Community, Room 126, to share your thoughts, ideas, and questions regarding the System Office’s Information Technology Team’s ISRS (Integrated Statewide Record System) Next Generation Project.

This is one project on the roadmap for developing system-wide recommendations for ways to better serve our students, strengthen our university, and protect our unique character and autonomy.

As representative students, faculty, and staff of our campus, you are invited to attend one of the sessions below to share your voice regarding your expectations of ISRS and its next generation.

To assist with this effort, the system has engaged CampusWorks to conduct the listening sessions on our campus.

Here is the schedule for the day:

  • 10-10:45 a.m.       Students
  • 11-11:45 a.m.       Student Services, Recruiting, Admissions, & Registration
  • 1-1:45 p.m.           Curriculum, Academic Scheduling, Advising, Degree Audit, & Student Planning
  • 2-2:45 p.m.           Student Services, Financial Aid, & Student Accounts
  • 3-3:45 p.m.           Faculty and College Deans
  • 4-4:45 p.m.           Finance and Human Resources / Payroll
  • 5-5:45 p.m.           Students

For those people who would like to provide input, but cannot attend an in-person Listening Session, an online survey will be made available and sent to the campus.
