Davenport to Participate in Discussion with Owatonna Business Leaders

President Richard Davenport to discuss higher education and workforce issues on Friday in Owatonna.

Mankato, Minn. –Minnesota State University, Mankato President Richard Davenport will join Riverland Community College President Adenuga Atewologun and business leaders in a discussion of higher education and workforce issues from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Friday, Jan. 22 at the Owatonna Public Utilities building (208 Walnut Avenue S.) in Owatonna, Minn.

The presidents will be hearing from about 40 business professionals from the Owatonna area on how the two institutions can assist in developing a high-quality, educated workforce in the Owatonna community.

The meeting is sponsored by the Owatonna Partners for Economic Development, Minnesota State University, Mankato and Riverland Community College.
