New Service Desk Management System Deployed mid-February
All requests to the IT Service Desk will be handled through a new service management system that will be deployed in mid-February.
This February, Information and Technology Services will be migrating to a new self-service portal which will replace the current system available at http://servicedesk.mnsu.edu.
The new portal will continue to allow members of the campus community to find answers to their technology questions and submit requests while also and providing the ability to see services that are available to them from the IT Service Catalog, current system status updates, and scheduled changes. In addition, this new system will allow the sharing of common knowledge across MnSCU institutions to allow for decreased solution times for system-wide outages and improved collaboration between local campus and system office staff.
