Mexican Leaders Visit Minnesota State Mankato

A delegation of leaders in higher education, business, industry and government from Mexico are visiting Minnesota State University, Mankato and South Central College on Wednesday, Oct. 5.
Mexican leaders interested in advanced manufacturing, business financial services and entrepreneurship and education initiatives will be visiting Minnesota State Mankato from 1:30 - 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
Mexican leaders interested in advanced manufacturing will visit South Central College from 11 a.m. - 12:15 p.m. Wednesday.
The visit will provide an opportunity for the exchange of innovation, talent and economic development between leaders in Mexico and Minnesota. The Mexican delegation is spending three days in the state as part of a collaboration between Minnesota State, the Asociación Nacional de Universidades e Instituciones de Educación Superior (ANUIES), which includes 179 public and private universities and higher education institutions, the Consulate of Mexico in Saint Paul and the Minnesota Trade Office.
Both Minnesota State Mankato and South Central College are part of the Minnesota State system, which includes 31 state institutions.
