Dec. 10: Summer/Fall Commencement Ceremonies
Ceremonies will be held at 9 a.m. and noon on campus in the Taylor Center.

Mankato, Minn. – Minnesota State University, Mankato will present 1,587 degrees during summer/fall commencement exercises at 9 a.m. and noon on Saturday, Dec. 10 in Taylor Center on the Minnesota State Mankato campus.
Graduates of the College of Arts & Humanities, College of Business and College of Science, Engineering and Technology will participate in a 9 a.m. ceremony, and graduates of the College of Allied Health and Nursing, College of Education and College of Social and Behavioral Sciences will participate in a noon ceremony.
Graduate-level doctoral degrees to be presented include one doctor of education (Ed.D.) degree.
Graduate-level master’s degrees to be presented include 47 master of arts degrees, 14 master of arts in teaching degrees, nine master of fine arts degrees, four master of business administration degrees, 14 master of science in nursing degrees, one master of public administration degree, 208 master of science degrees, one professional science master’s degree, 29 master of social work degrees and 23 specialist degrees.
Awarded at the undergraduate level will be 60 bachelor of arts degrees, one bachelor of athletic training degree, 27 bachelor of fine arts degrees, 1,055 bachelor of science degrees, one bachelor of science in computer engineering degree, two bachelor of science in mechanical engineering degrees, six bachelor of science in electrical engineering degrees, 18 bachelor of science in engineering degrees, 34 bachelor of science in social work degrees and 32 associate of arts degrees.
Undergraduate students receiving recognition will include 59 students graduating summa cum laude (3.8 grade point average and above), 184 students graduating magna cum laude (3.5 to 3.79 grade point average) and 172 students graduating cum laude (3.3 to 3.49 grade point average).
