New Fall or Spring students for may apply housing online starting October 1.
You may complete the entire Housing Reservation Application online, or you may request that we send you a paper application. When you receive your Housing Reservation Application and Residence Hall Contract in the mail, let us know your housing and dining preferences by following these steps:
1. Review the Options
The Explore Residence Communities book outlines your residence hall and dining options. Reading this information carefully will help you determine your preferences.
2. State Your Preferences
On the Housing Reservation Application, read about choosing a meal and flex plan, and indicate the preferences you have for residence hall, room type, roommate, etc. While we cannot guarantee we will be able to honor every request, we will do our best to assign you to a room that will meet your needs.
3. Sign the Contract
Carefully read the entire Residence Hall Contract before you sign. Keep in mind that the contract covers the entire academic year. Sign and date the bottom of the contract or agree to the terms through the online housing application. If you are under 18 years of age, your parent/guardian must also sign the contract. If you are under 18 and apply online, print a copy of the contract, sign it, and have your parent/guardian sign it as well. A copy of your signed contract is available upon request.
4. Interested in a Learning Community? (Fall semester only)
If you would like to live in a Learning Community, complete a Learning Community Enrollment Form and mail it back to the First Year Experience Office. Since space is limited, we enroll students in Learning Communities on a first-come, first-served basis. More information about Learning Communities is available through the FYE website. more>>
5. Send back your completed Housing Reservation Application and Contract together with your $250 prepayment.
