Stadium Heights Summer Housing Documents
Current residents of Stadium Heights Residence Community (as of Friday, March 2, 2018) are eligible to stay in their spring-assigned apartment over the summer (see Duration, below).
Eligible residents signing up by Friday, April 27 in the Residential Life Office (111 Carkoski Commons) or the Stadium Heights Office will have $50 billed to their Minnesota State University, Mankato student account.
Eligible residents who sign up between April 28 - May 4 will have $100 billed to their student account.
The opportunity to register for Stadium Heights Summer Housing ends at 7 p.m. on Friday, May 4, 2018.
Residents contracting for Stadium Heights Summer Housing are authorized to be in Stadium Heights Residence Community from 7 p.m. Friday, May 4 to 12:00 p.m. (noon) Wednesday, August 1 (no late stay exceptions will be granted).
- Residents with a room assignment in their current apartment and bedroom for Fall Semester 2018 will contine in the same room through the start of the Minnesota State Mankato 2018-2019 Housing Contract.
- Residents with a room assignment in Stadium Heights for Fall Semester 2018 but not in their current bedroom will check out of their current bedroom and move in to their new apartment and/or bedroom at an appointment agreed upon with Residential Life Staff but not later than 12 p.m. (noon) on Monday, August 6.
- Residents with a room assignment in a Residence Community other than Stadium Heights for Fall Semester 2018 may request an Interim Housing Contract from Monday, July 30 to Monday, August 20. Interim Housing is located in Crawford B Hall. On Monday, August 20 students living in Interim Housing will move to their fall room assignment. There is no additional charge for Interim Housing.
Written notice of cancellation must be provided to the Department of Residential Life. The Stadium Heights summer housing charge will be refunded if cancellation is received by the Department of Residential Life on or before 12:00 p.m. (noon) Friday, May 4. No refunds will be given for cancellations received by the Department of Residential Life after 12 p.m. on Friday, May 4.
Residents are required to live in the room to which they have been assigned and may not access (or allow guests to access) other resident rooms within their living unit without the permission of the room resident if contracted for the summer, or the Department of Residential Life.
