Current residents of Stadium Heights Residence Community (as of Friday, March 1, 2019) are eligible to stay in their spring-assigned apartment over the summer (see Duration, below).
Eligible residents who register by May 3 will have $50 billed to their Minnesota State University, Mankato student account.
Eligible residents who register May 4-10 will have $100 billed to their student account.
Registration ends at 7 p.m. on Friday, May 10, 2019.
Log in to the Housing & Dining Portal and complete the Stadium Heights Summer Application to get registered. Upon registration, you will be billed $50 or $100 accordingly based on the date you registered. Your charge will show up on your student account.
Residents contracting for Stadium Heights Summer Housing are authorized to be in Stadium Heights Residence Community from 7 p.m. Friday, May 10 to 12:00 p.m. (noon) Thursday, August 1 (no late stay exceptions will be granted).
- Residents with a room assignment in their current apartment and bedroom for Fall Semester 2019 will continue in the same room through the start of the Minnesota State Mankato 2019-2020 Housing Contract.
- Residents with a room assignment in Stadium Heights for Fall Semester 2019 but not in their current bedroom will check out of their current bedroom and move in to their new apartment and/or bedroom at an appointment agreed upon with Residential Life Staff but not later than 12 p.m. (noon) on Monday, August 5.
- Residents with a room assignment in a Residence Community other than Stadium Heights for Fall Semester 2019 may request an Interim Housing Contract from Monday, July 29 to Monday, August 19. Interim Housing will belocated in Crawford B and C Halls. On Monday, August 19 students living in Interim Housing will move to their fall room assignment. There is no additional charge for Interim Housing.
Written notice of cancellation must be provided to the Department of Residential Life. The Stadium Heights summer housing charge will be refunded if cancellation is received by the Department of Residential Life on or before 12:00 p.m. (noon) Friday, May 3. No refunds will be given for cancellations received by the Department of Residential Life after 12 p.m. on Friday, May 3.
Residents are required to live in the room to which they have been assigned and may not access (or allow guests to access) other resident rooms within their living unit without the permission of the room resident if contracted for the summer, or the Department of Residential Life.
