Come to Carkoski Dining Hall for Southern Cooking Premium Meal on Wednesday, March 25
The spring semester Premium Meal will be KFC style southern cooking including deep fried chicken, baked beans, shrimp and grits, popcorn chicken, fried okra, gumbo and more. RHA suggests and votes on this meal that will take place on Wednesday, March 25 in the Carkoski Dining Hall! Come hungry!
Join the Residence Hall Association (RHA) Executive Board
RHA is currently accepting nominations for six Executive Board positions! Serve in an important leadership role, build upon your own leadership skills, and make a difference in the Residence Halls. Nominations begin 3/16 and 3/23 with elections on 3/23 and 3/30 in Preska 126 from 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Open positions include President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Programming Coordinator, and Tech and Design Chair.
Requirements: 2.5 GPA and living on campus next year
Compensation: $1,400 room waiver and $1,000 stipend for the year

NACURH is an International student run organization for students dedicated to creating a better on-campus living experience for students around the world. They host a national student leadership conference every summer and this year it is at North Dakota State University!

Important details about applying for Summer 2015 Housing, the assignment process, and different housing options are now online. Reserve a space in Summer Housing in the Department of Residential Life Office from 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M., Monday - Friday.

Sign Up to Live in any Community Next Year through March 31, 2015
When you sign up online, you may hold the space in your living unit for another current student who has not yet signed up. A requested roommate space can be held through May 20. After May 20, the hold will be released and another student will be assigned to the room.

Meal plan options for the 2015-2016 academic year are now available to review. Students with confirmed Minnesota State University, Mankato housing reservations may select their 2015-2016 meal plan using E-services beginning February 1, 2015.

Apply Now for Summer Conference Staff Positions
The Department of Residential Life hosts many conferences and camps throughout the summer and is currently seeking qualified individuals for Summer Conference Staff positions. The Summer Conference Staff will assist with all summer operations, including furniture moves, making beds and staffing the front desks. Compensation includes an optional room for the summer. Two different types of positions are available including one Conference Crew Lead and seven Conference Assistant positions. Applications will be available March 6 here and are due by March 20.

Be Informed MSSA Campaigning May Begin Monday, March 16
Beginning Monday, March 16 candidates for MSSA positions can begin campaigning throughout campus including the residence halls. MSSA candidates, escorted by a member of your floor (or building at Stadium heights), can place an item under your room door and can visit your room. If you prefer candidates not place items under your room door or visit your room, please create a "no campaigning" notice and place on your door or pick one up from your front desk.
Additionally, each residence hall community will have a designated location where candidates can post a campaign flyer. Please check out this area to learn more about MSSA candidates.
All Floor and Hall communities plan their own activities and events. It is important to watch for posters and to contact your Community Advisor (CA) about which Social Media will best keep you updated with activities, meetings, and fun last minute events!

24-hour Quiet Hours for semester finals begin at 10:00 p.m.
Last day to use 2014-2015 Flex Dollars on all meal plans.
