BA/BS Generalist Program in Theatre

Admission to the BA/BS Program in Theatre is granted by the department. All BA/BS threatre majors are required to maintain an overall GPA of 2.0 for graduation. No theatre major coursework with a grade below a C will count towards the major degree completion requirements. Maybe the Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) program is for you ... Find more about the programs and Freshman/Transfer Talent Grants here.

Admission to the advanced (400-level) acting, directing and design courses is by permission from the faculty through evaluation of prior course and production work and, when appropriate, by audition or interview. This determination will be made each semester and students must apply for admission to these courses in the semester prior to entering the course. Exceptions may be made for incoming transfer students.

Sky Girls
The Department's Studio season gives undergraduates and graduate students the opportunity to design, build
and direct fully mounted productions. The smaller cast Sky Girls was presented in September 2013.
