Involve U - Your one-stop shop for getting involved!

As of August 6, 2021, all student organization management is live on involve u.

The Student Activities office has migrated from Engage to a new platform that we’re calling Involve U – it’s a one-stop shop for finding RSOs, service opportunities, promoting your events, and more! Involve U retains the features we had with Engage but also adds in service hour tracking, integration with the Mavlife App, mobile event check-in, online tracking of organization accounts, and a offers much more streamlined, easy-to-use, and user-friendly experience.   

Involve U can be accessed at https://mankato-mnsu.presence.io/ We recommend bookmarking the website so you have easy access to the new platform. Additionally, the link can be accessed from the Student Activities website.

All organizations that have been active in the last two years are now visible on Involve U, and by August 16^th all RSO presidents and advisors will have been added to their organization’s Involve U page for management purposes. Once you have access to a page, feel free to begin adding the other organization members and officers to your roster, uploading relevant documents, updating your cover photo, and more!

If you were not previously on an organization’s roster as President in Engage but need access to an organization on Involve U, email the RSO Office at rso-office@mnsu.edu for assistance – we will get you added to the page!  

If you were previously an officer on your organization’s page, you will still be able to access your specific organization pages on Engage through October 15^th to pull organization information that may be saved on the platform or documentation regarding your co-curricular transcript. 

We will be hosting trainings on Involve U throughout the fall that are open to both students and staff, as well as offering drop-in office hours for questions about the platform. More information about these trainings, including times and dates, will be available shortly!
