Name: Sushil Manandhar

Pursuing a Master’s Degree in: Information Technology

As the Graduate Assistant for CSU Operations, Sushil is responsible for training and supervision of student building assistants. He assists the Events Coordinator by drafting work schedules for OPS student staff and creating a training plan for new employees.

Past Experiences: As an undergraduate, Sushil worked in CSU Operations as a Lead and Building Assistant for two years. Following graduation, he worked at OATI, Minneapolis as a Software Developer for two years before pursuing his master's degree.

"The most rewarding aspect of my work with students is getting to know about their roots, from which country they are from, and how was their journey. I am always fascinated to hear stories, so I definitely would love to chat more and connect with people.

"In my free time, I enjoy watching and playing football (soccer). I also love planning vacations and traveling to new places."
